Items purchased with personal checks will be held allowing sufficient time for clearance of funds. Time Payments Time payments can be arranged on an individual basis, with generally 1/2 of the total amount due up-front and the balance due over 3 equal monthly payments. No refunds on time payments. Time payments made through Paypal will need to include the Paypal transaction fee of .75 cents plus 3%. Sorry, but no resins can be shipped until paid in full. Shipping/Handling Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at our discretion. Insurance and delivery confirmation are required on each shipment and will be calculated into your shipping charge. International Shipping We will ship internationally, but items will be marked as merchandise with the purchase price listed as the value. We cannot mark items as gifts. According to USPS guidelines, doing so is illegal and we must follow their guidelines In the event that an international shipment is not delivered and is returned, the customer will be responsible for paying to ship the item a second time. Additionally, the customer is responsible to reimburse any return shipping fees. Return Policy We do understand that things happen that are beyond our customers control and for that reason we will evaluate the request to return an item on an individual basis. Any item accepted for return, must be returned in the original state that it was shipped out to you in. |
